About Us

Start Exercises Club is a convenience platform for physical rehabilitation needing persons in India. It facilitates:

1. Booking of real-time appointments with licensed Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Prosthetists and Orthotists
2. Access to information on reliable technologies and products.

This platform recommends, but does not sell any product.

Start Exercises Club is an initiative of Start Exercises Physiotherapy Services, which is a sole proprietorship venture of west Delhi based Physiotherapist, Ravi Shankar.

Ravi graduated in Physiotherapy from Calcutta University in 2004 and accomplished his MA in Counselling Psychology from the first batch of IGNOU, in 2013.

Having worked through illustrous healthcare organizations across North India, he founded Start Exercises Physiotherapy Services in 2018 and initiated its operations full-time, June 2019 onwards.

Start Exercises Physiotherapy Services has the following two more functional initiatives:

1. Sugar Den- The Physiotherapy Clinic, at Janakpuri, west Delhi. This clinic provides clinic, home and online Physiotherapy services to patients.
2. Physical Rehab Events. This is an event ticketing website, dedicated to the field of Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Prosthetics and Orthotics in India.

Like Start Exercises Club, the above two platforms also do not sell any product.
