Each responding specialist/ Provider will mention an additional, onetime clinical assessment fees, chargeable on the first appointment. You will be informed of its amount in the concerned Specialist's/ Provider's response to you. Are you open to pay the same? (required)

I would need a bill/e-bill from a provider empanelled with my employer, insurance or reimbursing company only Hard copy of ANY provider's bill, WITH the provider's legal stamp and signature on it, will be required A bill/e-bill, WITHOUT the provider's legal stamp and signature, is acceptable.

This platform allows Specialists / Providers to respond to therapeutic enquiries, on the basis of their clinical practice licenses, issued by authorized legal bodies in india. However, this platform does not guarantee the authenticity of the license documents, submitted by the responding Specialists, at this stage of service in India. Also, all the clinical and non-clinical accountabilities for the therapeutic services lie with the specialists/ providers, whom the enquirers hire through this platform and not with Start Exercises physiotherapy Services.
