Playing with Kids is Very Healthy!

Twist, bend, crawl on all fours, hold breath, extend back, sit, stand, run – and lot more you’ll have do to compete with a child at play!

Play with children for around half an hour to forty five minutes and you won’t need to spend on gym or miss your park visits!

That you’ll sweat well is quite guaranteed!
