Finding time for exercises in today’s busy life is as challenging!
An easier option is available though!
Do not eat anything after 7:30pm, except drinking water and try getting to sleep at the earliest. Digestion will be easier and sleep will be refreshig by early morning. Then you’ll have all the time in this world to exercise, medidate, do some good reading, listen to good music and above all, have a heavy, tummy-filling breakfast to give your day a powerful start!
